The seafood soup was very well seasoned, and the fresh mussels in the shell were pleasantly briny and perfectly cooked. The smoked pork ribs must be tried!! Baby-back ribs were moist, tender with just the right amount of smokiness. The sweet and sour chutney was a perfect accompaniment.
The other seafood in the soup were cut so small that they became overcooked and were barely identifiable-also, unlkie the mussels, they appeared to have been frozen. The salmon smorrebrod was beautifully presented, but suffered a bit from being underseasoned.
